We always strive to find the  cheapest shipping method for our customers  . The packaging and shipping costs incurred when sending your ordered goods are staggered according to the respective shipment weight and are automatically calculated during the order process and displayed in the shopping cart system. We ship round bars up to a maximum of 1500 mm in length and plates up to a maximum of 500 width x 600 height x 1500 mm in length and a maximum weight of 40 kg within Germany using a parcel service. All other products in the shop with dimensions other than those described above or a weight of more than 40 kg  will be shipped by freight forwarder by arrangement. For shipping outside Germany, please enquire using the Request a Quote function in the shopping cart.

All products shipped by parcel service are shipped on cardboard and if necessary with bubble wrap (these costs are included in the shipping costs)

For shipments via freight forwarding, a disposable pallet is used depending on the dimensions and weight.

However, this shipping method is only available for regular customers and by arrangement. 

These amounts do not include the current statutory VAT.

Note: from 01.07.20, a temporary statutory VAT rate of 16% will apply until 31.12.2020.

Minimum order value: 100.00 € value of goods.

Terms of payment: New customers can only pay with PaypalPlus or in advance. Other payment options are available upon request, please contact us.
